We arrive early to install and style the booth so it fits seamlessly within your venue. Setup and pack down are handled outside your hire time.

    If your event is outdoors, the setup must be fully protected from rain, wind and direct sunlight.

    We’ll liaise with your venue ahead of time to make sure placement feels seamless and considered.

    We typically arrive around one hour before your start time to set up and ensure everything is ready to go. Pack down happens quietly once your hire ends.
