Recording it is super easy. Just follow these steps:
1. Write your greeting
Jot down what you’d like to say, or choose one of our sample scripts below.
Keep it short, personal and natural. It doesn’t need to be perfect!
2. Find a quiet spot
Grab your partner in crime and find somewhere quiet to record your message without too much background noise.
3. Open your phone’s voice recorder
On an iPhone, open Voice Memos.
On Android, open your Voice Recorder app.
4. Record your greeting
Hit record and say your message clearly and naturally.
Don’t worry about getting it right the first time. You can always have another go!
5. Have a listen
Play it back and make sure you’re happy with how it sounds.
