FAQ

  • Yes, please ask your venue to provide a small table if you are adding a Photo Guest Book.

    It should be positioned close to the booth so our attendant can manage the book and assist guests throughout the night.

    If your venue is unable to supply a table, we can bring a trestle table along for you. Please let us know ahead of time if this is needed so we can plan accordingly.

  • Absolutely.

    If you would prefer to use your own guest book, you are very welcome to do so. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly and manage it on the night.

    We recommend choosing a book with thick, unlined pages so photos adhere properly and messages have space to shine.

  • We will always encourage guests to leave a message alongside their photo and guide them through the process.

    That said, we cannot force anyone to write one. Some guests are quick between dance floor visits, some get swept up in the moment, and sometimes the booth gets beautifully busy.

    We will do our very best to ensure photos are placed into your book and that it is thoughtfully filled throughout the event, but please allow for the occasional missing message or photo during peak party moments.

  • It is rare, but it can happen at larger celebrations.

    If your guest count is on the higher side, we are happy to chat about the best book option for you or recommend bringing a second volume to ensure there is plenty of space.

    If the book does fill up on the night, any remaining photo strips will be safely handed to you so nothing is lost.

  • Yes, but it is worth considering your guest count.

    For larger weddings and events, the book can fill quickly and the booth can become very busy during peak moments. We will absolutely manage it and keep things flowing, but space and time can be tighter.

    For higher guest numbers, we may recommend:

    • Choosing the book with more pages

    • Adding a second volume

    • Extending your booth hire

    • Adding an additional attendant dedicated to managing the guest book

    Having a second attendant allows one person to focus purely on helping guests with the book, keeping it neat, evenly spaced and thoughtfully filled.

    We are always happy to guide you on what will work best based on your guest numbers so your book feels full and beautifully finished.

  • Yes, absolutely.

    The copy placed into your guest book is an additional print and does not take away from your guests’ copies.

    We provide unlimited sessions and unlimited prints, so everyone still takes their photo home while an extra copy is reserved for your book.
